Invisalign is a great way to straighten your teeth using a set of clear removable trays to gradually align your teeth. Because they are customized for you and only you, they are comfortable and virtually invisible! For many people, it is a more convenient alternative to traditional braces.

How does it work?

In the first step of the Invisalign process, your dentist will take an impression of your teeth. Then, using a mold of your mouth, a set of clear plastic aligners will be made based on your unique needs. Each aligner will be worn for about two weeks, gradually straightening your teeth and creating your best smile. The aligners are removable and can be taken out for short periods of time, including during meal times. It works similarly to traditional braces but without the metal and wires. Most people won’t even realize you are wearing the aligners at all.

In the end, you have the beautiful smile you have always wanted! Straightening your teeth comes with health benefits too.

  • Healthier Gums:

Because it is easier to brush and floss your teeth when they are straight, your gums will be healthier and you will have a reduced chance of gum disease.

  • Easier Cleanings:

Cleanings will be easier with straight teeth, which will help you maintain great oral health.

  • Less Stress on Teeth:

Straight teeth have a reduced chance of “malocclusion”. Left untreated, malocclusion can lead to periodontal disease and create excessive stress on teeth and jaws, which leads to premature wear.
